Six steps, no pressure, and a real conversation somewhere in the middle. Here is exactly what happens, so nothing about buying a puppy from us is a surprise.
Browse the available puppies, then call, text, or send the inquiry form. Tell us a little about your family and who caught your eye. There is no application fee and no pressure.
Most families text a photo of the puppy they like. See who is available.
We set up a visit or a video call so you can meet the puppy, their mom Troy, and us. Ten minutes is usually enough to know. We would rather talk you out of the wrong puppy than sell you one.
Visits are by appointment. Our exact location is shared once your visit is booked.
A short application comes before a deposit. It tells us who the puppy would be going home to, and it puts the terms in front of you so none of them is a surprise later.
It takes a couple of minutes.
A $500 deposit holds your puppy while they finish growing up with us. It applies to your balance, and it is transferable to another available puppy if your plans change.
The deposit is non-refundable. You can move it to another available puppy.
We send photos and updates right up to go-home day, and you can ask for more any time. Plenty of families end up on a first-name basis with us before they ever pick the puppy up.
Ask us anything in between. We would rather over-communicate.
Puppies go home at eight weeks or after, once they have had their vet check. You leave with the health records, the paperwork, and a puppy who already knows what a family sounds like.
Pickup is by appointment.

We would rather you came and met her, and a video call is the next best thing. Distance does not have to end the conversation.
We work with Furry Freight, a pet transportation company in Pierceton, Indiana, about ten miles from us. They have been moving puppies since 2019 and run regular ground routes to the East Coast, the West Coast and the South. When the timing calls for it they can fly a puppy with a chaperone, or meet you at an airport.
You arrange delivery and pay for it with Furry Freight directly, not through us. Ask them for a quote before you reserve, so the whole cost is in front of you when you decide.

Before you ask
How do payments work? The $500 deposit reserves your puppy online and comes off the balance. The balance is due before or at pickup. The price is $2,060 plus sales tax, or $2,000 if you pay the whole amount in cash, deposit included, which saves you $60. We take card or cash, not checks. See the full price breakdown.
Can we visit first? Yes, and we encourage it. Video calls work well for families further away.
Do you deliver? Yes, through Furry Freight, a transport company near us. They run regular routes to the coasts and can fly a puppy with a chaperone. You book and pay them directly. See delivery options.
Will my puppy shed? It varies by puppy, even in one litter. We never promise a non-shedding coat. More on shedding and allergies.
