This comes before a deposit, and it is short on purpose. It tells us who a puppy would be going home to, and it puts the terms in front of you so nothing about them is a surprise later.

I understand the $500 deposit is non-refundable. If I change my mind about which puppy, it can be moved to another available puppy. I understand the price is $2,060, that sales tax is added, and that the cash price is $2,000. I understand puppies go home at eight weeks or after, and that if a puppy is returned to us the purchase price is not refunded except where our written health guarantee provides otherwise. I understand this puppy is sold as a family companion and will not be used for breeding. I am 18 or older, and the answers above are my own.
